• In the contest between laptop and PCs, an open and shut case (This LA Times story ends with a quote from LTV Mom, but the star is my best friend Vicki and her baby Danielle.)

• Late-night stars Leno, Letterman return (Watching Leno as I type… I am laughing out loud, which is a good sign.  Love the Jib-Jab skit… to BILLY JOEL, not We are the World.)
• Spears’ lawyers ask to quit custody case (Oh, Brit, please get some help.)
• Netflix to deliver directly to TV (Now, this is cool.)
• Shuffling of characters energizes "Law & Order" (Watched both new episodes tonight, with the new actors, and L&O is still a success!  Extra love to Jesse L. Martin.)
• MC Hammer’s next act: Tech entrepreneur (I’m just glad Mr. Hammer didn’t see my rendition of "U Can’t Touch This" at the New Year’s Eve party.  All I can say is… four-inch stiletto heels!)
