Laptop Television Mom

I spend a lot of time blogging about my favorite night-time laptop television.  Today, I am going to blog about my morning laptop television: the Today show on NBC.  (Remember, this working mom has a crazy schedule.  I work in front of Katie, Matt, Al and Ann while I wait for my uber-sleeper baby to wake up.)

So today on Today.  I was forced to see something none of us should have seen.  Matt Lauer and Al Roker donning spandex and learning how to partake in the doubles luge.  Do you know this sport?  Let me just say this:  Al was on top.  (Yikes!)  And the quote of the morning comes from Matt:  "That’s not the handle."

Anyway, if you missed it, check out the video here.  I can honestly I could live a full and happy life without seeing this spectacle.

Oh well, I still enjoy "The Lauer Hour" and remain loyal to my morning laptop television.
