During my recent trip to NYC for the BlogHer Business conference, I enjoyed meeting my fellow bloggers from the New York City Moms Blog. It’s fun to put faces to the posts!
The highlight of my trip was a meetup with Katie Couric. Yes, the Katie Couric who anchors the CBS Evening News. I have to say, she is a smart, kind, energetic and down-to-earth woman.
Ms. Couric invited the moms from the Silicon Valley Moms Blog, NYC Moms Blog, DC Metro Moms Blog and Chicago Moms Blog for a tour of the studio and a private meeting in her office. It was so wonderful to meet and engage with the ultimate (and uber-successful) working mom.
