Great reminder that our kids still look to us as their role models, and might exhibit similar behavior when they're adults. Definitely something I need to work on, too!

I'm so there with you. Each and every single time I feed my kids something healthy and I don't partake in the activity, I'm thinking, "Wow, I really care about myself, don't I?" I'm trying to change that.

Stacy, I'm right there with you. While my kids' menu isn't quite as impressive as yours, I definitely feed them well-balanced meals. One of my boys asks for broccoli for breakfast oftentimes. But I'm working on ME now. And I know my family and I will be better for it.
