Okay, I didn’t taste the food (LOL), but I am (naturally) going to share my opinion on tonight’s Top Chef Season Finale Part One. Basically, I am beyond disappointed that Sam is not in the final show.
Based on tonight’s show, I would have chosen Sam and Marcel as the final two chefs. Yes, Marcel is an annoying person, and Sam is hot. I swear, this has nothing to do with my opinion… I just feel like Sam has been the most consistent performer, and Marcel was the most surprising chef during tonight’s challenge. (I also was sick and tired of Ilan and Elia’s whining at the Judge’s Table.)

The final episode with Marcel and Ilan — I really don’t care who wins.
Just trying to squeeze in some television between mothering, working and crashing.
It truly is a shame that Sam is not in the final 2. The show has definately lost my respect. I don’t plan on watching the final episode as my opinion of what a true “Top Chef” is will not be represented. (wipe tear!)
I want Sam too, but for single gal reasons. Hubba hubba!

Last week simply proved that teh show is not about competition or food-it’s about ratings. The “judges” shoul be ashamed of themselves for selling out. I didn’t taste the food, but I have watched from the beginning. Clearly, the best chef was not in the finals simply because he did not banter and bait Marcel. It seems that the producers thought the 2 drama queens that did make it to the finale could earn greater ratings bssed upon their cat-fights. I will not be watching tonight, as I simply could care less at this point who wins. This “show” isn’t about cooking, or food. What a shame ! I feel like an idiot because I actually thought it was…
